Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms at the bottom of our website. Please carefully review our Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my delivery options? 

UK – Front Drive / Kerbside

We offer front door/ kerbside delivery of all our products within the UK. This means we will leave your ice bath in a safe place outside of your property in a plywood crate on a pallet. We do not offer moving the Ice Bath to the end location as every property and customer has very different requests and it is not possible to quote for this. The bath and cooler is pretty simple to move but requires two people (as the bath is approx 85kg) and the cooler is simple to set up.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

UK Delivery – £200 including VAT.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 120 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Outside the UK & EU

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. In the event that custom taxes and duties go unpaid; any associated fees passed to Emperor Ice Baths will be billed to the customer, this is inclusive of any associated return delivery costs/fees.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
  • All International orders are subject to local taxes and duties for which Emperor Ice Bath cannot be held responsible.
  • All International orders are subject to customs inspections outside of Emperor Ice Bath’s control.

What happens if my order is delayed? If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
