It is common knowledge that Cold Water Therapy (CWT) is popular with athletes; everyone from Antony Joshua and Tyson Fury (Boxers), Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic (Tennis players), Usain Bolt, Jessica Ennis, Mo Farah (Athletes),Thor and Ed Hall (Strong Men), Cristiano Ronaldo (Footballer), Laird Hamilton and Kelly Slater (Surfers), Virat Kohli (Cricketer), Conor McGregor and George St-Pierre (MMA) to Lucy Charles Barclay (World Triathlon Champion) to name just a few in just some sports.
